Finding inspiration from the tragic loss of her younger sister and father, Elizabeth Cantu discovered in herself the spirit, drive, and desire to help others who have also experienced great loss. Her very personal experience has taken her from the struggle that is coping with immeasurable loss, to finding ways to live successfully with heartache and grief.

Elizabeth’s educational background is in the field of Communication Broadcasting. She is using this education and experience to develop her own company, called, “Good Grief Coaching Girl.”

“Good Grief” is not solely about loss but is also about what can be gained when you change the way you think about the grief process. Through “Good Grief Coaching Girl”, Elizabeth provides an inspirational forum with resources and tools to help process the loss of a loved one while, at the same time, discovering the art of healing a broken heart.
